- 02. Eight weekly coaching sessions, in person in Charleston or online anywhere.
- 03. A focused RTT session is woven in when a deeper belief is blocking progress.
- 04. Between-session practices that compound, small, specific, and designed to outlast the 8 weeks.
About RTT

RTT is an evidence-informed method that combines hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and neuroscience to surface and reframe the beliefs quietly running the show. I'm a certified RTT practitioner, and I use it as a scalpel, not the whole toolkit. Most clients have one or two RTT sessions inside a longer coaching engagement.
