How it works

Eight weeks. One clear arc.

  1. 01.  A free 20-minute discovery call to see if it's a fit.
  2. 02.  Eight weekly coaching sessions, in person in Charleston or online anywhere.
  3. 03.  A focused RTT session is woven in when a deeper belief is blocking progress.
  4. 04.  Between-session practices that compound, small, specific, and designed to outlast the 8 weeks.

About RTT

Rapid Transformational Therapy, used precisely.

RTT is an evidence-informed method that combines hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and neuroscience to surface and reframe the beliefs quietly running the show. I'm a certified RTT practitioner, and I use it as a scalpel, not the whole toolkit. Most clients have one or two RTT sessions inside a longer coaching engagement.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is forward-looking work on your goals, patterns, and daily practice. RTT is a focused tool I bring in when a belief is blocking progress. I'm not a licensed therapist, and if what you're carrying needs clinical care, I'll say so and help you find it.

What's an RTT session actually like?

You're guided into a deeply relaxed, focused state, you're aware and in control the whole time. We follow the issue back to where the belief started, reframe it, and you leave with a personalized audio you'll listen to daily for at least 21 days. Most people walk out feeling lighter and clearer.

What's the investment?

The 8-week engagement is $2,000, paid in full or in 2, 4, or 8 installments, whichever fits. We'll settle the details on the discovery call, which is free and pitch-free either way.
