I'm Jonathan Boncek. I coach individuals and small teams from a warm-toned studio in Charleston, South Carolina, and from a laptop wherever good wifi will have me.

The work I do now came out of the work I had to do on myself. When my family business collapsed, I was exhausted, uncertain, and questioning everything. The turning point was a small one: that life isn't happening to us, it's happening for us. When the voice in my head moved from critical to constructive, the rest of my life started to move with it.

That's the through-line of everything I do, for individuals, and for the teams I partner with. Coaching is the practice. RTT is the breakthrough when one is needed. Conscious culture is the same work, scaled to a group.
